Meet Teresa Brundage

Hello, and welcome to Brundage LTC Consulting, LLC.

My name is Teresa Brundage, and I have dedicated my nursing career to serving long-term care residents and the professionals who care for them.

I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2008 and have worked exclusively in long-term care throughout my career. Since 2014, I have served as an MDS Coordinator, specializing in the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, MDS accuracy, clinical reimbursement, Quality Measures, regulatory compliance, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

As an RAC-CT® Certified professional, I am passionate about helping long-term care facilities strengthen their MDS processes, improve documentation, support reimbursement accuracy, and prepare for regulatory surveys. I understand the challenges facilities face because I have worked alongside interdisciplinary teams for many years, and I know how important accurate assessments are to both resident care and operational success.

I founded Brundage LTC Consulting, LLC to provide experienced, dependable, and personalized consulting services to long-term care facilities. My goal is to become a trusted partner who helps organizations navigate complex MDS and regulatory requirements while supporting quality resident-centered care.

I am also currently completing my LPN-to-RN program, reflecting my ongoing commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
